DeepScribe Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: August 15, 2026 · Version 1.0
This page summarizes what's expected of you as a User of the DeepScribe Services. It does not modify, and is subordinate to, the agreement between DeepScribe and your practice ("Customer"). That agreement may consist of the standard Terms of Use published on this website, or a separately negotiated Master Services Agreement, Order Form, and/or amendments — whichever applies to your practice controls over this summary and over the standard Terms of Use to the extent of any conflict. Your practice's Business Associate Agreement (BAA) governs patient data handling and controls over any conflicting provision here.
